Not all beans can cope well with being decaffeinated, these beans have been selected because they loose very little of their true coffee flavours during the decaffeination process. We use the carbon dioxide method of decaffeination for these beans so that their organic status can be retained.
Smooth, slightly sweet and fruity - almost impossible to tell that these beans have been decaffeinated.
